The Downtown Block Party is about bringing our community together — longtime locals, brand-new neighbors, families, friends and everyone in between — for a fun night of eating, shopping, exploring and simply enjoying Downtown.

Transport between Downtowns:

Enjoy easy transportation between the Fuquay and Varina Downtown Districts! This month, we’re excited to offer two fun ways to shop, sip, and stroll between downtowns:

🚌 Charlee, Century 21’s iconic trolley bus
Charlee will be making FREE round trips between downtown districts from 5:00–9:00 PM, giving you a fun and convenient way to explore both sides of town.

September’s First Friday Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations:

📍 Varina District: In front of Quaint Plaza on East Broad Street

🚙 The Brewquay Prowler
Hop aboard the Prowler for a fun-filled ride between downtowns! For just $15, enjoy unlimited rides throughout the evening.
